Real leaders, real neighborhoods

"Where do I even start?" → "Now I know exactly what to do."

Watch pastors and nonprofit leaders see their neighborhoods clearly for the first time—and discover the partners, needs, and opportunities they didn't know existed.

I don't know how many times I've said, even being here—where do I start? This gives me that clarity.

People often know they need to help but don't know where to start. When you can direct them to specific areas, it's much more effective.

These are unscripted reactions from leaders exploring the Playbook for the first time. Your turn.

Community Playbook Interactive Tour
For Pastors & Leaders

How does the Community Playbook solve your biggest challenges?

Take a 60-second interactive tour to see how we turn scattered efforts into coordinated impact—without adding more work to your plate.

Built for leaders on the ground

Stop working alone. Start building together.

Whether you're leading one church, running a nonprofit, or coordinating a city-wide network—the Playbook meets you where you are and helps you move from scattered to strategic.

Church

For pastors and ministry teams

"We know our neighbors by name, but we didn't know who else was serving them—or how to prove our impact to elders and missions committees."

Focus ministry on real neighborhood needs

ServeWell turns Sunday announcements into 90-day action plans with roles, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

Partner with schools and nonprofits already working

PartnerWell maps nearby organizations so you stop duplicating and start collaborating.

Share stories that inspire generosity and prayer

StoryWell collects testimonies via shareable links, then AI produces finished sermon illustrations and newsletter features.

Best for: Lead pastors, missions directors, community outreach coordinators

Nonprofit

For community-based organizations

"We had the programs but not enough volunteers—and our grant reports took weeks to compile because we had no system for capturing stories."

Recruit consistent volunteers from nearby churches

PartnerWell connects you to faith communities actively looking for service opportunities that match your mission.

Co-design projects with clear shared ownership

ServeWell helps partners define who brings what (space, volunteers, budget) and tracks 90-day milestones together.

Report outcomes to funders in minutes, not weeks

StoryWell captures participant stories via text/email links, then AI drafts grant narratives and quarterly reports automatically.

Best for: Executive directors, program managers, grant writers, volunteer coordinators

Network

For denominations and city collaboratives

"We had 30 churches saying they were doing community work, but no visibility into what, where, or with whom—and no way to share wins across the network."

See all projects and gaps across your network at a glance

ServeWell dashboards show which neighborhoods have multiple efforts (duplication) and which have none (gaps).

Connect churches and nonprofits serving the same ZIPs

PartnerWell reveals shared partners and creates warm introductions ("You both work with Jefferson Elementary—meet each other").

Roll up stories and metrics for board meetings and funders

StoryWell aggregates impact across all sites, generating AI-powered quarterly reports with city-wide themes and outcomes.

Best for: Denominational leaders, network coordinators, multi-site pastors, foundation program officers

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Who is Community Playbook for?

Church leaders, nonprofit directors, and denominational networks who want to understand their communities better, build meaningful partnerships, and track real neighborhood impact.

This is for you if you:

  • • Care about neighborhoods, not just attendance numbers
  • • Want to move from scattered efforts to coordinated impact
  • • Need to show boards and funders what's actually happening
  • • Lead a single church or coordinate multiple organizations

What's the difference between subscription plans and the Accelerator?

Starter Playbook ($149/month)

For individual churches. One neighborhood, simple tracking, story capture. DIY with templates.

Network Playbook ($799/month)

For networks with 5–20 churches. Shared framework, dashboards, and visibility. Self-service coordination.

Accelerator ($45K–$60K/year)

Full 12-month partnership for networks. Everything in Network Playbook plus cohorts, coaching, implementation support, and impact reporting. Done-with-you partnership.

Simple rule: Start with subscriptions if you want tools and templates. Choose the Accelerator if you want intensive coaching and guaranteed results.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. We recommend starting with a discovery call where we walk through the platform, review your context, and help you determine the right fit.

All subscription plans are month-to-month—no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Your data stays with you.

Typical path: Schedule a call → Review your goals → Start with Starter or Network Playbook → Add implementation support (Playmaker Seasons) when you're ready to move faster.

What if I'm just one church, not a network?

Perfect! Most churches start exactly where you are. The Starter Playbook ($149/month) is designed for individual churches who want clarity on their neighborhood work.

You'll map one neighborhood, track partners and projects, and capture stories—without the complexity of multi-church coordination. If you later want to collaborate with other churches or expand to multiple locations, you can upgrade to Network Playbook.

Bottom line: You don't need to be a network to get value. Start small, see impact, grow when you're ready.
